Aaron Klosterman founded Klosterman Construction with the intent of providing superior homes to families throughout the area. In 1999, Aaron incorporated Klosterman Construction and has been proudly building beautiful custom homes ever since.

Aaron Klosterman - Owner

Aaron is the master mind of Klosterman Construction. He started this business 20 years ago. When Aaron isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife Brandy and their two children Kaitlyn and John. He is also an avid outdoors-man and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Britain Pladsen - Carpenter

Britain has been with Klosterman Construction since 2022. When he isn’t helping on our projects he enjoys golfing.

Joey Petersen - Carpenter/Operator

Joey came to us from ISU in the spring of 2025 with a degree in industrial technology. He played defensive end for the Cyclone’s football team. He is easy to spot as he stands a bit taller than the rest of our crew. Joey is our equipment operator, running the skid loader or excavator is where you’ll find him.

Tiffany Meeker - Office Manager/Interior Designer

Tiffany has been a member of Klosterman Construction team since 2016. She is our go to gal, more than an office manager, she helps coordinate many other aspects of this business. Tiffany has an interior design degree and enjoys the creative side of her job. She and her husband Adam live in Tiffin with their daughters Ellie and Tessa.

Bowen Gryp - Carpenter

Bowen has spent several summers helping us out. In 2025 after graduating from UNI with a construction management degree, he came to work for Klosterman Construction full time.
